Terra Cosby is a nutrition and wellness educator, 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and fitness trainer. She graduated from Arizona State University with degrees in both Exercise and Wellness and Human Nutrition. With her years of experience Terra has been able to combine her work as a nutritionist, health coach, yoga instructor and personal trainer to help individuals heal their bodies and take charge of their health by using movement, proper nutrition and other holistic modalities.
